The official blog for the Oregon Offshore Yacht Race, a race every May from Astoria, Oregon to Victoria, BC sponsored by Corinthian Yacht Club of Portland. We will post information from the racers during the race as well as the race results and information on each boat's finish. When we have them, we will also post any photos, or links to videos that racers want to share with us.

Nice job, I am glad it went well for you. I have to say that I am a little surprised to hear you finished wing and wing. I didn't think a go-fast guy like you would be without the spinnaker. :-)
I still tell the story of when you sailed my boat, and I told my daughter how much more aggressively you sail than I typically do, and she said "Cool! I want to sail with him!"
